Log in to your account.

Click the profile icon in the store navigation.

Enter your email address and then click "Continue".

In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

Return to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.

Click on the order for which you want to request a return.

If your order contains more than one item, select the items you want to return.

Select a reason for the return and add a comment if necessary.

Click on " Request a return ".

You will automatically receive an email confirming your return request.

On working days we will process your return request within 48 hours and send you the necessary information for further processing of your return.

It is not possible to return software products.

From the moment you receive your order, you have 14 days to register your item as a return. After registering your return, you have a maximum of 7 days to send it.

The customer is responsible for shipping to an address in Belgium or the Netherlands (depending on the product).

The product must not have been used yet.

The product must be returned undamaged in the original and unopened packaging to the address specified by Tusto.

It is not permitted to return a product without first registering it in your account.

You cannot return this:

  • Gift vouchers and cards
  • Items that cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene (of which the seal has been broken)
  • Digital articles (ebooks, audiobooks and games)
  • Software subscriptions/products
  • Audio recordings, video recordings, DVDs and computer software (of which the seal has been broken)
  • Items that are custom/personally made, such as mixed paint, engraved cutlery and custom-made curtains
  • Products that have a limited shelf life

Received a damaged or defective item?

Report your item back within the return period in your account and inform us of this via the return reason. We may ask you to send some photos so that we can provide a free return label if necessary.

Send product for manufacturer's warranty

Defects after the first use of the product can possibly be repaired under the manufacturer's warranty. Consult our general terms and conditions for the exact conditions.

Follow the return process as indicated above and indicate in the return reason that it concerns a defect within the manufacturer's warranty.
